It gets into the basin and can't get out so the sun has to come up and burn it all off. At times the visibility was down to 100 meters, 1/16th of a mile or RVR400 ish for those in the know with that sort of thing.
A little too foggy to fly...
But, when we arrived in Bamiyan it was a rather nice day!

Kandahar Airport is starting to look a little worse for wear... Can't believe this is the "main terminal" half the sign is falling apart!
