Changing of the Guard

Well sorry that it's been so long since I've updated...

All is going well here.  The plane is working well, and the crew is working together, with a few minor hiccups along the way.

But, its time for our first changing of the guard.   The Base Manager, Laurent is changing out tomorrow with Moncho, our new Base Manager.

Also, Michael our Engineer is changing out with Russ, coming in the next couple of days.

Looking forward to some new faces, and new people to work with.   We'll see how the Dynamic Changes, as I'm sure it will.
